Doublet Measurements: We need chest and natural waist (approx. belly button height). Some men will have a problem measuring high enough since it is not where they wear their modern pants and it will be a larger number than their pants size. For the females, or if you are unusually tall or short, we will also need the back torso measurements from nape of neck (vertebrae where neck meets shoulders) to waist indention in back (about level with belly button in front). This is crucial for females because of waist/hip ratio. In fact, females should include their hip measurement 5" below their waist as well.
Small size - Garment measures 40" in the chest and 34" in the waist. Your body will have to be about 4" SMALLER than these measurements for ease of movement. So if your chest measures between 34 - 36" and your waist is 30" or smaller, this size will fit you.
Medium size - Garment measures 44" in the chest and 39" in the waist. This means your chest measurement needs to be between 38 - 40" and your waist should not be larger than 35" for this size to fit you.
Large size - Garment measures 48" in the chest and 43" in the waist. This means your chest measurement needs to be between 42 - 44" and your waist should not be large than 39" for this size to fit you.
XL size - Garment measures 52" chest and 46" waist. Which means your chest needs to be between 46-48" and your waist can not be larger than 42" for this size to fit you.
2X size - Garment measures 56" in the chest and girth/waist. It is not tapered so your body measurements would have to measure between 50 and 52" for this size to fit you. If your waist/girth is smaller we will taper by request!
